How do I become a client?

To start the process, schedule a meeting.  If you already know what plan you want, you can submit your payment information above under payments.

Do I have to pay to schedule the first meeting?

No. If you’re unsure of which plan you want, we can discuss the best plan for your situation in the first meeting. You only submit payment information, if you decide to become a client.

What software do I need to videoconference with you?

We use GotoMeeting, but you don’t necessarily need to download software. We can videoconference in your browser on a Mac or PC.  You can check your system requirements or download a GotoMeetingApp for: iOS, Android or Windows Phone here.

How long does it take to build the initial financial plan?

We aim to deliver a draft of the financial plan within 15 calendar days and our final recommendations within 20 calendar days.

What is the minimum planning engagement length?

For our financial plans, we charge an annual fee, billed monthly, with the first payment paid when you sign the service agreement. Clients agree to pay for at least 6 months of services, following a 15 day free trial, that starts when you submit your payment information.

Can you meet in-person?

Yes. Though we meet with most clients by videoconference or phone, we are available for in-person meetings in the Los Angeles area. We may also arrange in-person meetings with clients in other states, if we are scheduled to be in the area.
